A FAMILY COMPANY. MODERN DELIVERY.
From Jan Świderek’s craft workshop, founded in 1962, to a company employing over 120 people and delivering complete projects throughout Poland.

CONTINUITY THAT BUILDS EXPERTISE.
EL-INWEST traces its roots to Jan Świderek’s craft workshop, founded in 1962. The workshop installed electrical systems in single-family homes and delivered power connections.
In 1984, Jacek Świderek, the founder’s son, established Zakład Wykonawstwa Robót Elektrycznych ZWRE ELEKTROINWEST. He expanded the construction of external power networks for Polish State Railways companies and local power utilities. In the late 1990s, the company expanded into electrical installations for large-scale buildings.
EL-INWEST Sp. z o.o. began operating in 2005, following the transformation of ZWRE ELEKTROINWEST initiated by Jacek Świderek in 2004. Today, the group employs over 120 people, has its own technical facilities and has completed over 150 projects across virtually every type of construction. In 2026, Piotr Świderek became president of EL-INWEST, continuing the family company’s development.
